Jimmy Webb Interview Show There's the best song this side of our universe, "Wichita Lineman." Then there's two more Glen Campbell smashes: "By the Time I Get to Phoenix" and "Galveston." As well as The Fifth Dimension's "Up Up and Away." Oh, don't forget that 7+ minute opus "MacArthur Park," sung by Richard Harris. What about Art Garfunkel doing "All I Know." And there's more. Jimmy Webb wrote all of these hits, an incredibly talented songwriter and the only artist ever to win Grammy Awards for music, lyrics, and orchestration. He went on in the '70s to do six solo albums, none of which made much of a mark but from which lots of songs were pulled by some of the best musicians of the day. Jimmy takes us from his childhood playing in his minister father's Baptist church to the present day and his new album "Slipcover."
