There are plenty of songs in the Lost & Found era that begin or end with a gong, and occasionally they are heard somewhere in between. For me, gongs in rock suggest solemnity...or perhaps the mystical. Perfect for exploitation in rock songs, and exploit we shall in these gong shows...with thanks due to Chuck.
