Band from New Orleans, Louisiana, apparently the band member’s parents refused to let them sign a recording contract with Flambeau’s owner, distribution of the one single was halted & the band dissolved. Both tracks appear on numerous 60’s comps, and the single reissued in 2004 on Crypt records.
This compilation of their recordings from ’66-’73 originally appeared on a CD released by Neptoon records in 2000. Band from Haney BC, Canada, this track was on their first single from on Grenedier records from 1967. Guerssen records has reissued it on vinyl.
Band from St. Clair, Michigan, led by Tom Strasz who later played in the Attack. This track appears on vol. 1 of the Glimpses 1980’s vinyl comps, Glimpses 1 & 2 reissued on CD in 2010 on the Past & Present label.
Album was originally a private pressing of 265 copies, recorded in 1968. The band was from small town of Victor, NY. It was reissued in 1993 on CD by Rockadelic records.
Band formed in Germany, moved to London. Precurser to the band Please (also a recent reissue on Guerssen). Member Peter Dunton went on to play in T2 & The Gun. This album was never released until 2001 when it came out on the Acme label.
Released on Guerssen's out-sider imprint. Chicago area prog band recorded this in 1976. The unreleased reel to reel master tape was lost for decades until one member recently found it while clearing out his basement.
The band (who really were from Kansas) caught the ear of people from Mercury records, who brought them to San Francisco to record this LP. After the album was released 2 members decided they’d rather play jazz & left the band, which then broke up.
