The " Tribute to Nick Ashford" begins with the live version of "Gimme Something Real", ,from the "The Real Thing" CD, produced in 2007, from Feinstein's in New York City.
The next 3 songs were part of a medley, from the CD, The Very Best of Ashford & Simpson. The songs were "You're All I Need to Get By", "Ain't Nothing Like the Real Thing" and "Ain't No Mountain High Enough".
Valerie Simpson serenades Nick, on his birthday, at Sugar Bar, the restaurant/entertainment place, they own, in New York City, in 2007 and sings "Happy Birthday', with the help of all the patrons and friends.
